Dustin Lackey has a diverse work experience in the field of electrical engineering. Dustin started their career as an intern at INFICON, where they operated thin film deposition equipment and compared quartz crystals for performance evaluation. Dustin then worked at SRC as a Systems Analysis Co-Op, processing testing data for a military radar project and supporting the development of data analysis tools using MATLAB. Following this, Dustin joined Goodrich as an Electrical Engineer II, where they played a role in various project phases, including analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and redesign. After that, they worked at Robot Optimizers, Inc as an Electrical Engineer, contributing to the company's operations for over seven years. Dustin then joined Dynapower Company, LLC as an Electrical Engineer, responsible for the design, development, and customer support of grid-tied inverter systems. Currently, they work at Creare as an R&D Electrical Engineer, focusing on circuit design, technical input for proposals and reports, and circuit board design.

Dustin Lackey attended Le Moyne College from 2001 to 2003, where they studied Physics and Mathematics. Dustin then transferred to Clarkson University and completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from 2003 to 2006.
