Catherine founded Evologi Sustainable Productivity and Gather with Purpose Ltd, and serves as a Partner Coach at Creased Puddle. Catherine's previous roles include Learning Facilitator, Vice President, and Project Manager at Amphora Research Systems, as well as Director of Learning and Development at Amphora Solutions Ltd. In the early stages of career, Catherine founded and directed Catherine Daley Designs, a bespoke gift company.
