Rebecca Kingsford

Rebecca Kingsford is the CEO and Co-Founder of CREATE CAREERS, where expertise lies in executive search, digital marketing, e-commerce, public relations, cybersecurity, and data science, enabling the alignment of talent with employer needs. In addition, Rebecca serves as the Lead Research Project Manager for Women in AI Australia, collaborating with Vinnova to promote gender equality through technology and AI solutions. Previous experience includes co-founding Cyber Security Career Kick Start, enhancing opportunities for emerging cybersecurity professionals, and working as a digital and cybersecurity recruiter at Interpro People, where contributions spanned various technology and digital marketing roles. Rebecca holds a Bachelor's Degree in Arts and Commerce (Honours) from Australian Catholic University and completed secondary education at Balwyn High School with a Victorian Certificate of Education.
