Natalie Graeme

Natalie Graeme is an accomplished professional in the advertising and communications sectors, currently a member of WACL since May 2024, which focuses on advancing gender equality in these industries. As the founder of Uncommon Creative Studio since September 2017, Graeme has significantly contributed to creative innovation. In addition, Graeme serves on the Development Council of Create Charity since March 2019 and is a Proud Mentor Momma at Who's Your Momma London, which supports women in career advancement. As a Founding Member of Chief in the UK from December 2022 to April 2024, Graeme worked to enhance female representation in leadership roles. Prior to these roles, Graeme held senior positions such as Managing Director and Managing Partner at Grey London, and Head of Business Development at Mother, London, among others. Graeme's educational background includes a 1st BSc in Psychology from the University of Warwick, completed in 2000.
