Alex Rudyk

Alex Rudyk has over 15 years of work experience in talent acquisition and executive search. From 2018 to present, Alex has been working as the Global Talent Acquisition Lead at Creatio, a leading low-code, process automation, and CRM company. Prior to this, Alex worked as a Principal at Boyden, one of the largest executive search firms in the world, from 2016 to 2018. Before Boyden, Alex worked as a Consultant in the Agriculture and Industry Practice at Pedersen & Partners, an international executive search firm.

Alex also has experience in talent acquisition management, having worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager Eastern Europe at Monsanto from 2008 to 2015. Prior to that, Alex worked as a Senior Consultant in the Industry and Manufacturing sector at Hudson from 2007 to 2008, and as a Senior Consultant at PowerPact HR Consulting from 2003 to 2007. Throughout their career, Alex has demonstrated a strong track record in talent acquisition and executive search, working with global companies and delivering exceptional results.

Alex Rudyk earned a Master's Degree in English and Spanish Philology from Gorlovka State Foreign Languages Institute, where they studied from 1992 to 1997. In terms of certifications, they became a PPA (Personal Profile Analysis) Practitioner through Thomas International in July 2016, and they obtained a SHL Competency Based Interview certification from SHL in 2005.
