Juan Sebastian Torres Lara has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Juan Sebastian started their career as a CIT (Counselor in Training) at Camp Iraca in 2006 and continued working there as a Staff Counselor from 2008 to 2010, where they led groups of children and focused on teaching them English through various activities.

In 2014, Juan joined IBM as a Sales & Management One Channel Team member in Colombia. Juan Sebastian was responsible for recruiting new channels, managing channel incentives and sales, conducting special programs for channels, and issuing authorized distributor certifications. Juan Sebastian also played a vital role in organizing and replicating successful events throughout Latin America. Additionally, they served as an IBM Digital Sales Storage Sales Specialist Support, where they provided support to the sales team for storage solutions, assisted with pricing, opportunity tracking, logistics, and maintained communication with business partners.

From 2016 to 2021, Juan worked at Infor as a Channel Account Manager and later as a Channel Manager SOLA. In these roles, they focused on developing and expanding sales channels in the SOLA region (Chile, Argentina, Peru, Uruguay, Paraguay, and Bolivia). Juan Sebastian generated business opportunities and provided value to clients with Infor products.

In 2021, Juan joined Dedalus Group as a Channel Manager SOLA, where they continued their work of developing sales channel ecosystems in the health sector for the SOLA region. Juan Sebastian ensured the achievement of annual sales targets, contributed to building customer value, and promoted Dedalus Group's diagnostic and health software products.

Prior to their current position, Juan worked as a Product Manager IT at Valtek Diagnostics from 2021 to 2022. Juan Sebastian strategically planned and coordinated the IT product and service portfolio, aiming to maximize profits and customer reach. Juan Sebastian also developed new marketing and sales strategies to strengthen the company's portfolio and internationalize its products, with a particular focus on sales of the ProActive LIS through tenders and the private sector.

Currently, Juan is working as a Partner Account Manager for LATAM at Creatio. Juan Sebastian is responsible for helping LATAM companies grow their business using Creatio's One Platform solution, which automates workflows and CRM needs with no-code and maximum freedom. Juan Sebastian heads the development of partners in LATAM, as Creatio has a partner-driven strategy and is passionate about partner growth.

Throughout their career, Juan has demonstrated their ability to develop and manage sales channels, generate business opportunities, and ensure the satisfaction of clients by providing value through various software solutions.
