Penny A.

Penny A. has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2011 as a Special Events Intern at Macmillan Cancer Support. Penny then moved on to Oxford Global Conferences in 2012, working as a Conference Producer for EMEA and APAC. In 2014, they joined BT as a Marketing Executive and later became a Marketing Manager, specializing in B2B IT Services for Large Corporate clients. Penny A. then transitioned to Creation Agency, where they held various roles, including Client Manager, Client Delivery Director, and Client Relationship Director, focusing on B2B Enterprise Tech on a global scale. Penny eventually worked their way up to Chief Operating Officer before becoming the Managing Director in 2023.

Penny A. holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Events Management from the University of Birmingham. Penny also obtained a certification in MBA Essentials from The London School of Economics and Political Science in 2022.
