Chanel Smith is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the foodservice industry, currently serving as Chief Knowledge and Excellence Officer at What Chefs Want! since March 2013. In this role, Chanel leads the implementation of new customer acquisitions and strategic planning efforts to maintain operational excellence. Previous positions at What Chefs Want! include Executive Vice President of Organizational Excellence, Executive Vice President of IT & Integrations, and Vice President of Purchasing and Production, showcasing a strong focus on quality management, technology integration, and purchasing strategies. Prior experience includes significant growth in sales during tenure at FreshPoint, a role in talent acquisition at MDnetwork, and founding an innovative personal training business.
