Dave Dakin

Dave Dakin currently serves as Operations and Business Improvement Manager at Creation Homes since January 2024. In conjunction with this role, Dave has been a Lieutenant in the Australian Army since March 2020. Previously, Dave held the position of Operations Manager at Clarendon Homes from June 2022 to December 2023. Over a significant career in the home building industry, Dave worked at Sekisui House Australia from August 2010 to May 2022 in various roles, including State Operations Manager, overseeing the Queensland home building division. Earlier positions include Estimator at both Sekisui House Australia and AVJennings, and Truss and Frame Detailer at Trussmaster QLD Pty Ltd. Dave Dakin graduated with a Senior Certificate from Bremer State High School, completing studies in 1992.
