Lynne O'Leary

Lynne O'Leary is an experienced Benefits Director currently overseeing benefit programs at Creation Technologies since January 2023. Previously, Lynne served as Director of Benefit Operations at Fresenius Medical Care, managing benefits for 74,000 employees across multiple business lines and leading the Benefits Workstream for the Global Workday System Implementation. Lynne's career also includes roles as Senior Benefits Manager at Fresenius Medical Care North America and Senior Benefits Analyst positions at Iron Mountain and Avid Technology, where expertise in developing benefits recommendations and communications was demonstrated. Lynne holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from UMass Boston and possesses a Global Benefits Certification.
