Robert Swartz is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in design and program management. Beginning a career at Symetrix Inc. as a Design Engineer from 1999 to 2003, Robert advanced to Senior Design Engineer roles at SaneWave from 2003 to 2007, focusing on hardware and software development. In 2007, Robert joined Applied Technical Services as a Senior Design Engineer, where responsibilities escalated to acting as principal engineer and program manager for significant military projects.
