Helen West

Helen West is an experienced professional in the field of education and corporate social responsibility, currently serving as the CSR Lead for Further and Higher Education at Creative Assembly since June 2020. In this role, West leads outreach initiatives for the Legacy Project, fostering relationships with colleges and universities to facilitate the transition of diverse talent into the gaming industry. Prior to this position, West held various roles in career consulting, program development, and business management across organizations such as The Careers Group, CEA Global Education, AIFS, White & Case, and Exel. Helen West holds a Master of Arts in Language Interpretation and Translation from the University of Salford and a Bachelor of Arts in Hispanic Studies from the University of Birmingham, complemented by an international educational experience in Sevilla.
