Isabelle Labonte

Isabelle Labonte has over 20 years of experience in learning and development roles. Isabelle currently works as the Head of Learning & Development at Creative Assembly. In this role, they oversee the learning and development function of the studio, providing guidance and advice on training and career progression. Prior to this, Isabelle worked as a Learning & Development Partner at Creative Assembly, where they worked closely with HR colleagues to provide training and learning opportunities for the employees. Before joining Creative Assembly, Isabelle worked at The Children's Trust as a Development Manager and Recruitment & People Development Manager. In these roles, they oversaw the training and development function, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and supporting the personal and professional growth of employees and volunteers. Isabelle also worked as a Training & Development Officer at a Children's Charity, coordinating training for staff and volunteers. Isabelle started their career as a Training Officer at Newham College of FE, where they managed training administration and coordination.

Isabelle Labonte completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in French & Public Administration from Leeds Trinity University from 1986 to 1990. Prior to that, they attended St Angela's Ursuline Convent School from 1979 to 1986. Isabelle also obtained additional certifications, including "LFC101: Inclusive Speaker Orientation" from The Linux Foundation and "Why the First Days at a New Job Matter" from LinkedIn.
