Jamie Gilbertson

Jamie Gilbertson has a varied work experience, starting with a trainee UI programmer position at Creative Assembly in 2015. From there, they progressed to roles such as associate designer, designer, senior designer, and head of technical design. Jamie worked at Creative Assembly until October 2021, where they served as the lead technical designer.

Prior to Creative Assembly, Jamie worked as a welfare warden at Swansea University from September 2014 to August 2015. Jamie also gained experience in video content creation as part of the video content team at Team Dignitas Ltd from May 2012 to May 2015. Additionally, they worked as a furnace operator and database developer at Atraverda Limited for a brief period in July and August 2012.

Jamie Gilbertson completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from Swansea University in 2014-2015. Prior to that, Jamie earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Swansea University in 2011-2014.

Jamie also holds a certification as a Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org, obtained in 2018.
