Kate Fanthorpe

Kate Fanthorpe is a Senior Narrative Designer at Creative Assembly, where contributions to the Total War franchise began in January 2020. Kate currently leads the narrative direction of an unannounced project, overseeing the integration of narrative elements into game design. Previous roles at Creative Assembly included Development Communications Manager and Narrative Designer on a previous Total War project. Earlier experience includes positions as an Associate Development Communications Manager at Green Man Gaming and roles in editorial capacities at The Indie Game Website and Preqin. Academic achievements include a Master's degree in Creative and Critical Writing and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Sussex.
