Miglena Nikolova

Miglena Nikolova, MBA has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several decades. Miglena most recently worked as the Head of Finance and Accounting at Creative Assembly Sofia & SEGA Sofia, beginning in February 2017. Before that, they served as the Chief Accountant at Crytek from April 2012 until February 2017. Prior to that, they held the position of Financial Controller at Antelope Audio from March 2011 to April 2012. Their previous roles also include Director of Finance at Medtronic from June 2005 to February 2011, Chief Accountant at CTN Bulgaria from May 2004 to May 2005, Head of Finance and Controlling at Europapier Bulgaria EOOD from September 2002 to April 2004, and various roles at Novo Nordisk and GSK from 1992 to 2002. Throughout their career, Miglena has demonstrated expertise in financial management, accounting, reporting, and control activities. Miglena has also established accounting policies and controls, managed cash flows, and led audits.

Miglena Nikolova, MBA, completed their Master's degree in Economics with a specialization in Accounting and Control from the University of National and World Economy, from 1991 to 1996. Miglena then pursued an MBA degree in Financial Management from City University of Seattle, from 2006 to 2008.
