Donna Kerner

Donna Kerner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in conflict mitigation and stabilization, currently serving as a Senior Technical Advisor for Conflict at Creative Associates International since December 2023. Prior roles include serving as a USAID/OTI Technical Expert at Panagora Group, where analysis and proposal design were key responsibilities, and a Technical Specialist with Dexis Consulting Group, focusing on USAID/OTI initiatives in Ecuador. Donna has provided program support to the USAID/Honduras Mission through IBTCI, emphasizing democracy and governance. Previous experience includes significant roles in the USAID Office of Civilian Response and the US Department of State, contributing to disarmament, stabilization planning, and field assessments in numerous countries.
