Maram Abudamous

Maram Abudamous currently serves as the Director of Youth Programs for the Technical Assistance Program (TAP) under USAID at Creative Associates International, a position held since November 2023. With extensive experience in program and project management, Maram has been a Board Member for the Jordan Chevening Association Alumni since September 2018 and a TechWomen Alumni since 2015. Previously, Maram led the Project Management Office at Luminus Education Group and managed community empowerment initiatives at the Jordan River Foundation. Additional roles include consultancy for the Queen Rania Foundation for Education and Development and Director of the Projects Management Office at the Jordan Education Initiative. Maram's professional background spans various sectors, including banking and telecommunications, where roles included executive management and product marketing. Maram holds a Master’s degree in Management and Implementation of Development Projects from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Jordan.
