Sharon Cooley is a seasoned business development leader with extensive experience in international development organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Business Development at Creative Associates International since January 2024, Cooley previously held key roles at Integrity and Build Change, where Sharon was responsible for executing development strategies aimed at enhancing community resilience against natural disasters. With a strong background in project management and technical advisory roles, Cooley has successfully guided organizations like Mountain Studies Institute and Urban Institute in implementing sustainable development practices and fostering collaborative governance. Cooley began their career as Principal Management Analyst for the City of Riverside, California, and holds a Master's degree in Social and Political Theory from New School for Social Research.
