Tim Blackwell

Tim Blackwell is an experienced executive with a diverse background in finance and management across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Corporate Resources at Creative Australia since September 2012, Tim oversees finance, human resources, information systems, and IT infrastructure. Prior roles include Commercial Manager at Macquarie Telecom - Ninefold and Director at YG Services, where financial and management consulting services were provided. Tim's extensive career also features significant positions such as Financial Controller for the Northern Victorian Irrigation Renewal Project, Chief Financial Officer at Apollo Life Sciences and Macquarie Telecom, and various leadership roles at Brinks Inc. from 1992 to 2000, culminating in a managing director position for the Asia Pacific region. Tim's foundational experience began at PwC, where managerial roles were held from 1982 to 1992. Tim holds an ACA from ICAEW and a BA (Hons) in Industrial Economics from the University of Nottingham, complemented by further education at Harvard Business School.
