Alison Hicks

Alison Hicks is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director and previously as Human Resources Manager at Creative Benefits, Inc. since October 2020. Prior to this role, Alison worked as a Staffing Consultant at Beacon Hill Staffing Group from November 2017 to October 2020, specializing in sourcing and assessing IT candidates, coaching, and executing onboarding requirements. Earlier in their career, Alison was a Middle School Math Teacher at Weldon City Schools from August 2015 to June 2017 and a Corps Member with Teach For America, where Alison taught in urban and rural public schools. Alison holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Junior High/Intermediate/Middle School Education and Teaching from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
