Matt Goin holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology Teacher Education from William Penn University. Currently serving as Vice President and Vice President of Sales at Creative Blow Mold Tooling since April 2018, Matt Goin has also held the role of Director of Key Accounts. Prior to this, Matt Goin worked at CCM Coffman Custom Machine from June 2014 to April 2018 as Operations Manager & Sales. Matt Goin began a significant tenure at Schulze Tool, where from June 2005 to June 2014, responsibilities included overseeing day-to-day operations, purchasing, and quoting all mold work while serving as President.

Creative designs, manufactures and repairs blow molds, components and related tooling for all types of blow mold equipment platforms. With 5 full-time design engineers on staff, Creative can help shorten our customer’s supply-chain timeline, generating more profitability; increasing customer ROI. Our customers gain access to our knowledge base of information from 30 years in the blow mold industry combining both in-plant experience with the engineering design expertise at Creative. Collaboration is our key to success. As an extension of our customer’s team, we deliver quality and innovative end products to the marketplace. We work closely with our customers from initial product drawings, to prototype development and sampling, and finally in supporting them in running the production tooling. Our management team, engineers, and leaders of our manufacturing operations all have spent significant time in the industry. This allows us to anticipate problems before they arise and make the changes necessary to help our customers achieve success. Our large shop, ongoing investments in CNC and other mold manufacturing equipment, and 3 shifts allow us to quote short lead times, provide fast turnaround on repair jobs, and delivery tooling on time.
