Creative Capital
Austin Young is a multifaceted artist and co-founder of Fallen Fruit, with extensive experience in creating public art installations and engaging community-oriented projects. Since January 2013, Young has worked on the commissioned project Endless Orchard, a portable media-based artwork aimed at enhancing urban experiences in Los Angeles. As a collaborator with David Burns at 21c Museum Hotel, the artist is currently involved in an installation at Proof on Main. Young also announced the launch of TBD: The Musical, a feature-length musical documentary emphasizing radical authenticity. Furthermore, Young founded TRANIMAL Workshop to explore gender, beauty, and identity through public participation. With a career spanning several decades, Young has been instrumental in numerous projects that blend art and community engagement, showcasing a commitment to inclusivity and innovative expression.
