The Direct Support Team at CCRI is responsible for providing personalized care and support to individuals with disabilities, helping them achieve greater independence and enhance their quality of life. The Director Team at CCRI is responsible for leading and overseeing the organization’s strategic initiatives and daily operations. Each director brings expertise from their respective areas—executive management, finance, program administration, development, communications, IT, and supported living services—to collaboratively ensure the effective delivery of services that enhance the lives of people with disabilities. This team plays a pivotal role in maintaining CCRI's mission-driven culture, driving continuous improvement, and fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment.

The Residential Coordination Team at CCRI plays a crucial role in managing and supporting residential services for people with disabilities. Team members, including SLS Residential Coordinators and Scheduling Coordinators, ensure that residential settings are well-organized, staff schedules are efficiently managed, and residents receive personalized care tailored to enhance their independence and quality of life.
