Shakir Husain has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Shakir founded and served as the CEO of Creative Chaos, a technology company specializing in custom application development. Shakir also worked as a partner at IVM Capital, where they invested in and mentored early-stage companies. In addition, they were a co-founder and partner at HSN Ventures, focusing on e-commerce and leading the online platform Homeshopping.pk. Husain was the director at The Princeton Review Pakistan and served as an international advisor to Integration Capital & Trade, helping the company expand its presence in the MENA region. Shakir also worked as a franchisee for Telenor, a Norwegian cellular operator, responsible for distribution, customer care, and direct sales in Karachi, Pakistan.

Shakir Husain attended Aitchison College from 1981 to 1991, where they completed their High School education and received their O Levels. Following that, they enrolled at Whittier College, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from 1994 to 1998.
