Ashleigh Martinez

Ashleigh Martinez has over a decade of experience in employee culture and community development, currently serving as Manager at Creative Circle since September 2011. In this role, Ashleigh has expanded the Diversity Equity & Inclusion library, produced an internal podcast series, and standardized corporate philanthropy initiatives. Previous roles include Employee Development Program Manager, where Ashleigh chaired the Culture Committee and received the “Corporate Hero Award,” and Corporate Trainer, facilitating workshops and coaching employees. Ashleigh began the career as Account Executive and received the “Rookie of the Year Award.” Ashleigh also has experience in editorial roles at JWC Media and AOL Corporation. Ashleigh holds a BA in Communication and Studio Art from Lake Forest College and studied Design and Visual Communications at The University of Waikato.
