Katie Welker

Katie Welker (Costello) is an accomplished Marketing and Proposal Manager at Creative Circle since March 2018, driving marketing initiatives and leading proposal management efforts. With previous roles at Creative Circle including Marketing and Proposal Specialist and Strategic Business Operations Specialist, Katie has demonstrated expertise in proposal lifecycle management, team personnel development, and strategic content creation. In addition to a strong background in marketing, Katie has significant leadership experience as the Varsity Cheerleading Head Coach at East Rochester High School, where accolades include Coach of the Year and numerous final placements in championships. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Business Management from Canisius University, acquired in 2012.
