Mónica de Vera

Mónica de Vera has a diverse work experience with positions in various companies. Mónica started their career as a Recruiter at Grupo EULEN in 2017. Mónica then worked at IP International Projects as a Supervisor, where they were responsible for student welfare, social program planning, and administrative duties. In 2018, Mónica joined Bird as a Recruitment Coordinator, managing the talent coordination experience and improving recruiting processes. Mónica later progressed to the role of People Operations Specialist at Bird, overseeing logistics and enhancing candidate experience. Mónica joined Mollie in 2020, initially as a People Operations Generalist, and later as a People Data and Systems Analyst. In these roles, they worked on HR systems, collaborated with stakeholders for company growth, and managed HR processes and projects. Mónica'smost recent position is People Operations Manager at Localyze, where they continue to contribute to the company's people operations. In 2023, they will join Creative Clicks as a People & Culture Operations Manager.

Mónica de Vera completed their education history as follows: they received a Psychology degree from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 2013 to 2017. In 2015 to 2016, they pursued an ERASMUS program at the University of Warsaw, where they also obtained a Psychology degree. Finally, from 2017 to 2018, they attended Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) to earn a Master's degree in Human Resource Management.
