Corey Reffner

Corey Reffner has nearly 25 years of work experience, with a focus on human resources. Corey most recently served as the Director of Human Resources at Creative Pultrusions, Inc. Since 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Appalachia Intermediate Unit 8 as a Human Resources Manager for three years. Corey also held roles as a Regional HR Manager at New Enterprise Stone & Lime Co., Inc. and as a Human Resources Manager at CS Trucking LLC. Corey's longest tenure was at New Enterprise Stone & Lime Co., Inc., where they worked for over 11 years as an Employee Relations Manager. Before entering the HR field, Corey served as the Assistant Director of Student-Athlete Services at James Madison University for six years.

Corey Reffner completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Political Science/Middle School Education at James Madison University from 1990 to 1994. This was followed by a Master of Science (MS) in Kinesiology - Athletic Administration and Coaching, also at James Madison University, from 1995 to 1998.
