Lina Mohamed Ismail

Lina Mohamed Ismail has a diverse work experience. Lina started working at the iGEM Competition in 2017 as a Cu-Team Member and continued until November 2019. In 2019, they joined CODINGA as a Medical Content Creator from December 2019 to March 2020. Lina then interned at Nawah Scientific in October 2020 and taught as an Instructor at the Pharaohs CU iGEM Team starting in October 2020 as well. Currently, Lina is working at CEB as a Research Associate and Head of the Research Department, starting in December 2020 and June 2021 respectively.

Lina Mohamed Ismail's education history begins with their Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology/Biomolecular Chemistry from Cairo University, which they obtained from 2015 to 2019. Lina then pursued further studies and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Brooklyn Business School between 2022 and 2024.

Continuing their education, Lina enrolled in Cairo University once again, this time for a postgraduate degree in Biotechnology, which they completed from 2023 to 2024.

In addition to their formal education, Lina has acquired various certifications. In 2019, they participated in the iGEM Competition. In 2020, they obtained certifications in Genes and The Human Condition, Industrial Biotechnology, DNA Decoded, and The Science of Stem Cells from Coursera. Lina also holds an EF SET English Certificate with a score of 71 out of 100, indicating C2 Proficiency.
