Anca Stefan has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Anca started their career as a Junior Programmer at Computer Universal Business - IBM Romania in 2006. Anca then worked as a Java Developer at Active Soft S.R.L. from 2007 to 2010. In 2011, Anca became a Java Software Engineer at Finalist, where they worked until 2012. Anca then co-founded Responsive in 2012 and held the position of Co-Founder until 2014. Following that, they worked as the CTO at CrowdyHouse from 2014 to 2015. Anca then worked as a Freelance Developer at Otrium from July to November 2016, before joining Creative Fabrica as their CTO in July 2016.
Anca Stefan obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, and Information Technology from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Graphics, Multimedia, and Virtual Reality, again at the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, from 2006 to 2008.
