Milly Webb currently serves as the Chief Information Officer of Enterprise Technology at HSBC since January 2025. Prior to this role, Milly held several key positions at Citi from May 2019 to January 2025, including CIO of Global Head Functions Technology, where oversight was provided for a global technology team in support of core functions such as Risk, Compliance, and Human Resources, managing a substantial portfolio of 400 applications with a $700 million budget. In previous roles at Citi, Milly built and led a global technology team of 18,000 individuals and managed a significant technology portfolio. Earlier in Milly's career, leadership was demonstrated as Managing Director and Global Head of Financial Resource Management Technology. Milly earned a Bachelor's degree in Modern Languages (French & German) from the University of Bristol, graduating with a 2:1 grade.
