Madeline Patterson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive recruiting and leadership. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Executive Recruiting at Creative Financial Staffing, Madeline has held various roles within the company, including Director and Executive Recruiter. Prior to their career in recruiting, Madeline was an Instructional Leader at Brimfield Elementary. Madeline holds a Master's degree in Reading and Literacy Instruction from Bay Path University, graduated in May 2021, and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Westfield State University, completed in May 2018.
