Riji Raja

Riji Raja has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2009, Raja worked as an Accounting Assistant Intern at Alghanim Industries in Kuwait, where they were responsible for invoice processing and bank deposits. From 2010 to 2014, they worked at KPMG Kuwait, first as a Financial Analyst Trainee and later as a Senior Auditor, gaining experience in market research, project management, and financial analysis. Raja then joined KPMG US in 2014 as a Senior Associate in External Audit, where they worked on audit engagements for various clients in retail, consumer and industrial business, and oil and gas sectors. In 2018, Raja transitioned to the retail industry and became the Retail Manager & Events Coordinator at The Giving Keys, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills. During their time there, they also served as the Customer Service Lead, assisting customers and processing returns. In 2019, Raja worked as an Executive Assistant to Christianna Carmine at Beaux Dawg Productions, where they coordinated events and prepared reports. In 2020, Raja founded Affirmation Darling, a social impact wellness-stationery brand aimed at empowering individuals and supporting underserved communities. Currently, Raja holds the role of Talent Manager at Creative Futures Collective, a position they started in 2022. Overall, Raja's work experience showcases their versatility, strong analytical skills, and ability to excel in various industries.

Riji Raja began their education at ICSK, where they completed their high school education with a focus on Biology and Maths. Riji then attended Sathyabama University from 2005 to 2008 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology. Following this, they enrolled at the Institute of Business Management & Research - International Business School in Bangalore, India, from 2008 to 2010. During this time, they pursued and completed a Post Graduate degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance. In 2010, Riji Raja also acquired National Stock Exchange Certifications in Financial Markets from the National Stock Exchange in India.
