Joanne Keating

Joanne Keating is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in the incentive industry, currently serving at Creative Group, Inc. since January 2020. Prior to this role, Joanne held various leadership positions, including Director of Operations and Industry Relations and Program Manager at Meridican Incentive Consultants from August 2007 to January 2020, and General Manager at downest destination management from 2004 to 2007. Joanne's career commenced at Fraser & Hoyt Incentives, where operational management was a key focus from 1990 to 2004. Joanne holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from Mount Allison University, completed in 1988, and graduated from Saint John High School in 1984.
