Norma Smith

Norma Smith is an experienced professional in the fields of experience design, communication, and education. Currently serving as an Experience Design Producer at Creative Group, Inc. since June 2021, Norma has also taught as an Adjunct Professor in the Speech Department at Harper College since August 2002. Prior roles include Executive Producer at FLIRT Communications, LLC from 2012 to June 2021, Event Producer at SOURCE LINE INC. from December 2009 to July 2012, and Producer at Plexus Productions LLC from 2000 to 2009. Norma holds a Master’s degree in Speech and Performing Arts from Northeastern Illinois University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Columbia College Chicago.
