Courtney Foster

Courtney Foster has over eight years of experience in mental health and child development services. Currently serving as an LTSR Mental Health Worker at Creative Health Services Inc since October 2015, Courtney previously worked as a Recovery Coach Case Manager at Penn Foundation, focusing on mental health and substance use recovery. Earlier roles include managing a caseload in the Early Head Start Program as a Child Development Partner at Community Services for Children, and other positions in emergency registration, direct service intern work, and education. Courtney holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, complemented by a solid foundation in human resources and support services.
