Chuck Jackson

Chuck Jackson serves as the Executive Director and Head of School at Creative Minds International Public Charter School, a role held since July 2019. Under Chuck Jackson’s leadership, the school achieved the highest academic growth scores in over six years and obtained a charter renewal with no conditions during the pandemic. Chuck Jackson has successfully increased student enrollment from 400 to 650, improved staff retention to over 90%, and led significant financial investments in faculty salaries and school infrastructure. Prior to this position, Chuck Jackson held various leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer at Maya Angelou Schools, Chief Performance Officer at the Department of Public Works in Washington, DC, and Deputy Chief of Operations at DCPS. Chuck Jackson is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law and the University of Chicago.
