Karl Rumeo

Karl Rumeo has extensive experience in the field of municipal operations, having served in various capacities since August 1991. Currently holding a position at Creative Outdoor Advertising, Karl has dedicated over three decades to developing expertise in operations management. Prior to this role, Karl was the municipal operations manager at COA from 2004 to 2008, further solidifying a strong foundation in the industry.
