Prabha Kularathna is a dynamic IT manager with over 17 years of experience in business software, both locally and internationally. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Software Engineering at Creative Software, Prabha manages the organization’s largest client account and oversees multiple teams. Prior to this role, Prabha held various positions including Manager and Lead Software Engineer, where they contributed significantly to team development, project management, and employee engagement. Prabha completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Statistics with First Class Honors from the University of Colombo.
