Nitin Gaikwad

Nitin Gaikwad is a seasoned Project Leader with extensive experience in engineering and design. Currently serving as a Project Leader at Creative Synergies Group since July 2024, Nitin has previously held similar leadership roles at CONCEIT ENGINEERING from November 2022 to May 2024 and at gbb industries from June 2022 to November 2022. Prior to these positions, Nitin worked as a Senior Design Engineer at Creative Synergies Group from October 2018 to April 2022 and gained valuable experience as a Design Engineer at MOLDTEK TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, focusing on BIW fixture design using UGNX and CATIA V5. Nitin also contributed to design projects at ONWARD TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, specializing in high-end engineering solutions. Nitin holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Production Engineering from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad.
