Pavan Kumar

Pavan Kumar is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in design and leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as a Module Lead at Creative Synergies Group since March 2023, Pavan previously held the position of Team Lead for Fixture Design at Mapout Digital Solutions Inc. from March 2022 to March 2023. Prior to that, Pavan was a Senior Design Engineer at Tech Pennar from September 2019 to February 2022, and at Automated Tooling Systems India Pvt. Ltd. from May 2018 to August 2019. Pavan's career began as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Gowra Engineering and Technology Pvt. Ltd., where Pavan worked from July 2014 to April 2018.
