Tiffany Deans

Tiffany Deans, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management and strategy. Currently serving as CEO and Executive Strategist of GroundingWork LLC since April 2019, Tiffany focuses on enhancing workplace experiences through human-centered design. Additionally, Tiffany holds the position of Director of Human Resources at Creative Theory Agency. Previous roles include HR Advisor for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and Human Resource Manager for the Department of the Interior, where significant contributions were made as a strategic human resource partner. Tiffany also served roles at the US Fish and Wildlife Service, Booz Allen Hamilton, and TEKsystems, demonstrating a strong background in various HR functions and programs.
