Wendy Proulx

Wendy Proulx has a diverse work experience in both human resources and civil engineering. Wendy is currently the Director of Human Resources at creative werks, llc, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Associate Director of Human Resources starting from March 2022. Wendy also worked as the Human Resources Manager at the same company from November 2019 to March 2022. Before transitioning into human resources, Wendy worked as the Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Manager from March 2019 to February 2020 and as the Billing Coordinator from January 2017 to March 2019 within the same company.

In terms of their civil engineering background, Wendy worked at Charles Abbott Associates, Inc. (CAA) as a Civil Engineer from December 1997 to October 2006. During their time there, they provided public works and planning services as a contract engineer for various municipalities. Wendy managed capital improvement programs, including the bidding and contracts process, and conducted inspections of roadway, sewer, and storm drain construction.

Before joining CAA, Wendy also worked as a Civil Engineer at HDR from March 1996 to December 1997.

Wendy Proulx obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University in 1995. Wendy later earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from North Central College, expected to be completed in 2023. Additionally, Wendy Proulx holds certifications as a Professional Engineer from the State of California, obtained in 1998, and as an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) from the State of Indiana, obtained in January 1996.
