Creative Works
Ashley Gauthier has extensive experience in the behavioral health and support sectors, beginning with a role as a CRMA/DSP at John F. Murphy Homes from July 2005 to January 2010, where services were provided to enhance the independence and quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities. Subsequently, Ashley worked as a Behavioral Health Professional at Merrymeeting Behavioral Health Associates from February 2011 to September 2011, focusing on teaching life skills through personalized behavior plans. Since April 2010, Ashley has been employed at Creative Work Systems as a DSP-CRMA, aiding individuals with cognitive disabilities in developing independence and social skills. Currently, Ashley is an intern at St. Mary's Health System, engaging in group therapy sessions to support children in developing healthy coping and self-awareness skills. Educationally, Ashley Gauthier graduated from the University of Southern Maine in 2014 and attended Poland Regional High School from 2000 to 2004.
