Jennifer Vokoun

Jennifer Vokoun has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jennifer is currently working as a Senior Project Lead & Marketing Campaign Strategist for The Creative Club since April 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Manager Customer Experience at the same company from December 2021 to April 2023.

Before joining The Creative Club, Jennifer worked as a Senior Strategist Data Marketing at Artefact from September 2020 to December 2021. Jennifer also had a period of self-employment from October 2016 to September 2020, where they focused on project management, digital marketing, and e-commerce as a freelancer while on parental leave.

Earlier in their career, Jennifer served as a Team Lead Account Management Online Marketing and a Senior Account Manager Online Marketing at EPROFESSIONAL GmbH from June 2015 to September 2016 and from September 2014 to June 2015, respectively. Jennifer also worked as an Online Manager Germany & Austria at Reima Group from January 2014 to August 2014.

Prior to that, Jennifer held the position of E-Commerce Shop Manager for PUMA Europe & Puma North America at Netrada from October 2012 to December 2013. Jennifer also worked as a Project Manager FMCG at Advanced Marketing Consulting from February 2012 to September 2012.

Jennifer started their career as an E-Commerce Shop Manager and later as a Management-Trainee at Otto Group from October 2006 to July 2010. Their responsibilities included the development, management, and controlling of marketing campaigns for the online shop sale section of otto.de, baur.de, and schwab.de.

Jennifer Vokoun completed their Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from HSBA Hamburg School of Business Administration between 2006 and 2009. Jennifer then pursued a Master of Global Communications from La Trobe University between 2010 and 2011, specializing in Communications and Media.
