Courtney McTighe has a varied work experience that spans from 2004 to the present. From 2004 to 2008, they worked as a Camp Counselor for the Hayward Area Recreation and Parks District. From 2008 to 2016, they worked at H&M, starting as a Sales Advisor and eventually becoming a Flagship Department Manager. During this time, they were responsible for managing sales, profitability, merchandising, presentation, and employees of the ladies department. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Frontline Performance Group as a Performance Manager, where they facilitated training workshops for sales and service techniques, one-to-one coaching of associates and management, and strategic sales planning. Currently, Courtney is employed at Creator Ink as the Director of Operations and Customer Happiness Manager.
Courtney McTighe attended San Francisco State University from 2006 to 2008, where they earned a degree in General Education. Courtney then attended Patten University from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a degree in Youth Ministry.
