Ngan's experience also includes serving as a Legal Officer at Dong Tam Group, where responsibilities included drafting contracts and managing business registration, and as a Litigation Assistant Intern at HSBC Private Banking, focusing on litigation documentation and compliance. Ngan completed the Lawyer Training Course at Judicial Academy Ho Chi Minh City (2018-2019) and earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Economics and Law (2012-2016).
