Naomi Pike

Naomi Pike currently serves as the Legal Operations Lead at Epic Games since August 2025, where responsibilities include enhancing the legal team's efficiency through strategic and innovative practices. Prior to this role, Naomi was a Senior Manager in Legal Operations at The Walt Disney Company from June 2023 to August 2025 and held various positions at Snap Inc. from March 2015 to June 2023, progressing from Legal Operations Specialist to Senior Manager. Naomi began the legal career as a Legal Investigations Associate at Google from January 2013 to January 2015 and worked as an Operations Assistant at the UC Institute on Global Conflict and Cooperation between January 2010 and January 2013. Naomi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies with a focus on Political Science, Middle Eastern Studies, and History from UC San Diego.
