Kimberley Daigle

Kimberley Daigle serves as the Head of People and Culture at Creature since September 2025. Prior to this role, Kimberley held significant positions at PS Logistics from August 2011 to September 2025, including Vice President of Enterprise Capacity Development, where leadership focused on driver recruiting and retention, and Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing the entire HR department with a specialization in high-volume recruiting for over-the-road truck drivers. Kimberley's career began at Central Freight Management Services, where contributions as Manager of Business Systems and Operations were made from January 2004 to May 2011, and included a role as Director of Human Resources at P&S Transportation from August 2011 to April 2017. Kimberley holds a Bachelor's degree in English/Rhetoric from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of South Australia, and two Master's degrees in English from the University of New Orleans.
